ÏÎÈÑÊ:The best way to improve health is to exercise daily ñ ïåðåâîäîì (Ñî÷èíåíèÿ ÅÃÝ àíãëèéñêèé ÿçûê)Some people say that everyday sport practice maintains health and makes it better but others claim that it, on the contrary, worsens people’s one. In this essay I am going to speculate on this issue. Personally, I strongly believe that daily exercises really improve health. To begin with, it makes people feel more excellent. For instance, if one does sport every morning, it always gives motivation and strengths to work more, furthermore, person gets a lot of energy for all day long. Besides, the best way to keep fit is to regular sport because discipline is produced and one maintains healthy lifestyle and can keep weight under control. However, there is an opposing opinion. Others think that everyday exercising can lead to wrong consequences: bones weaken, joints deteriorate. Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this opinion because person can do sport in moderation without strongly load and that will not make worsen health. In addition, regular activity improves the cardiovascular system. Taking into consideration different opinions on this issue, I want to say that daily doing sport has many opportunities: improves people’s health, keeps fit, charges with positive emotions.
Ïåðåâîä: Íåêîòîðûå ëþäè ãîâîðÿò, ÷òî åæåäíåâíûå çàíÿòèÿ ñïîðòîì ïîääåðæèâàþò çäîðîâüå è óëó÷øàþò åãî, äðóãèå æå óòâåðæäàþò, ÷òî îíè, íàîáîðîò, óõóäøàþò çäîðîâüå ëþäåé.  ýòîì ýññå ÿ ñîáèðàþñü ïîðàçìûøëÿòü íàä ýòèì âîïðîñîì. Ëè÷íî ÿ òâåðäî âåðþ, ÷òî åæåäíåâíûå óïðàæíåíèÿ äåéñòâèòåëüíî óëó÷øàþò çäîðîâüå. Âî-ïåðâûõ, ýòî çàñòàâëÿåò ëþäåé ÷óâñòâîâàòü ñåáÿ ëó÷øå. Íàïðèìåð, åñëè çàíèìàòüñÿ ñïîðòîì êàæäîå óòðî, ýòî âñåãäà äàåò ìîòèâàöèþ è ñèëû äëÿ òîãî, ÷òîáû áîëüøå ðàáîòàòü, êðîìå òîãî, ÷åëîâåê ïîëó÷àåò ìíîãî ýíåðãèè íà âåñü äåíü. Êðîìå òîãî, ëó÷øèé ñïîñîá ïîääåðæèâàòü ôîðìó — ýòî çàíèìàòüñÿ ñïîðòîì, ïîòîìó ÷òî çäåñü âîñïèòûâàåòñÿ äèñöèïëèíà, ÷åëîâåê âåäåò çäîðîâûé îáðàç æèçíè è ìîæåò äåðæàòü âåñ ïîä êîíòðîëåì. Îäíàêî åñòü è ïðîòèâîïîëîæíîå ìíåíèå. Äðóãèå äóìàþò, ÷òî åæåäíåâíûå çàíÿòèÿ ñïîðòîì ìîãóò ïðèâåñòè ê íåïðàâèëüíûì ïîñëåäñòâèÿì: îñëàáåâàþò êîñòè, óõóäøàþòñÿ ñóñòàâû. Òåì íå ìåíåå, ÿ íå ìîãó ñîãëàñèòüñÿ ñ ýòèì ìíåíèåì, ïîòîìó ÷òî ÷åëîâåê ìîæåò çàíèìàòüñÿ ñïîðòîì óìåðåííî, áåç áîëüøèõ íàãðóçîê, è ýòî íå óõóäøèò çäîðîâüå. Êðîìå òîãî, ðåãóëÿðíàÿ ôèçè÷åñêàÿ àêòèâíîñòü óëó÷øàåò ðàáîòó ñåðäå÷íî-ñîñóäèñòîé ñèñòåìû. Ó÷èòûâàÿ ðàçíûå ìíåíèÿ ïî ýòîìó ïîâîäó, õî÷ó ñêàçàòü, ÷òî åæåäíåâíîå çàíÿòèå ñïîðòîì äàåò ìíîãî âîçìîæíîñòåé: óëó÷øàåò çäîðîâüå ëþäåé, ïîääåðæèâàåò ôîðìó, çàðÿæàåò ïîëîæèòåëüíûìè ýìîöèÿìè.
