Nowadays there is a popular opinion that the best way to be healthier is everyday exercise. However, some people believe there are more fruitful things than daily physical activity a person can do to improve health. Now I would like to express my view on this issue.
I guess that regular exercises are not the best way to be healthier. Firstly, sometimes it is difficult to find some free time to make exercises every day, thus a person will not improve health if he or she misses their exercises. Secondly, I truly think that only the complex of healthy activities makes someone healthier. If people do exercises but eat unhealthy food and have a lack of sleep, they will not be healthier.
Conversely, my opponents claim that exercising daily is enough to be called a healthy person. They consider that routine exercise can make you feel better and keep your weight under control.

In addition, exercise can help prevent heart disease and treat depression. Because of it, my opponents believe that regular exercises are the best way to enhance health.
This argument does not seem convincing to me. I guess that if a person does not track other aspects of his or her health it can lead to diseases, depression, weight gain and only physical exercises cannot handle it.
In conclusion, I would like to say that it is very important to do exercises but if a person wants to improve health, he or she should lead a healthy lifestyle.
