Some people claim that the regular physical activities are the only effective solution for improving health. However, there is an opinion that it is definitely not enough to keep in shape. Now I would like to express my point of view on this issue.
I strongly believe that doing daily exercises is not quite the best way to improve health. Firstly, if a person desires to be fit, he or she also has to eat healthy meals and have useful habits, for example, drinking a lot of water. Secondly, deep sleeping is the essential part of strong health too. If a person sleeps enough hours, he or she will be cheerful and they will have healthy look.
However, there is another side to the issue. My opponents presume that the most resultative way to get your health better is doing physical activities because only exercises help a person to have a slim and strong body, to get into shape.
Nevertheless, in spite of this convincing argument, I strongly believe that if he or she only takes exercises, they will look great only from the outside, but other problems, for example, smoking, alcoholism, terrible nervous state, will stay in organism and will be unresolved, so keeping fit is not an indicator of getting health stronger.
In conclusion, I would like to say that doing physical activities permanently is not the most right choice to improve health. People should pay attention to their habits, nervous state, sleeping mode at first.
