The impact of the Internet (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Nowadays people are getting more and more concerned about the impact of the Internet on social communication. Some people believe that it has a negative effect on people but others disagree with them.

Personally, I think that the Internet has become an essential part of our daily life.

To begin with, the Internet helps us to keep in touch even with those who are very far away from us. For example, I can even communicate my with friends who live abroad via the Internet. Moreover, it helps us to fing all useful information about places and people that interest you. And you don't even need a dictionary or an encyclopedia because the internet has already provided access to all the necessary information. And finally, you can make new friends from all over the world without even leaving your home.

And such communication is not only exciting but also useful for improving the language skills.

On the contrary, there are people who think that social network have negative influence on human interaction. They believe that people, especially younger generation avoid face-to-face communication. Furthermore, they spend too much time on the online and some of them prefer to stay indoors rather than to go for a stroll with their friends.

There is a great deal of truth in what they say. However, I consider that proper and reasonable using of the Internet will not harm anyone and will be even useful. You just need to control yourself and limit your time on the Internet.

Taking into consideration all mentioned above, the Internet to some extent helps us to get closer and make new acquaintances. However, people should maintain a balance between their real and virtual life.
