Everyone face with challenging situations per day. Some people claim that exercising can help to relieve the stress received from bad experience, while others do not believe in it. In this essay I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

I am of opinion that doing sports has a few mental health benefits. To begin with, it helps to avoid getting down by bad thoughts.

Studies have shown that exercising makes the body produce endorphins - hormones of happiness. So, levels of stress hormones are decline. Moreover, playing team sports improves the mood, because it brings people together. It is a world famous fact that human is a social being, therefore connecting with other people brings us joy.

However, some people argue that exercising can bring even more stress. For example, there are many cases when doing sports was the reason of injuries include sprains, contusions, and broken limbs. Sometimes it is difficult and expensive to recover from them.

Nevertheless, I still believe that playing sports is the best way to reduce the stress. Of course, exercising can be dangerous, but doing 10 minutes workout under the supervision of an experienced person it is enough to overcome an anxiety.

To conclude, doing sports is a great way to deal with stress. We should take care of our mental health and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Nowadays virtual Internet communication is an important part of human lives. Does it harmful for our social relations? Everyone has an own opinion on this point.

I am convinced that there is noting good in technology communication. To begin with, it is hard to put into words and emoji all of your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes it caused to misunderstanding and little fights between people. Also, people are tend to use slang and forget about beautiful words of native language in the Internet. It leads to poor vocabulary and foolishness. More than that, spending a lot of time in virtual networks can become an addiction. So, you become indifferent to real life and lose your ability of face-to-face interaction.

However, there is an opposing point of view on this question. Some people would say that we become more open-minded and confident while chatting in the networks. Therefore, we can easier find new friends.

But I would not agree with above mentioned idea. We cannot build a true friendship using the Internet. Person on the net is different from person in the real life, because technology enables people to pretend to be who they are not.

To conclude, I believe that virtual interaction has a bad influence on our socialization.
