I’d like to tell you about my dream innovative house. It will be a medium-sized two-floor cottage with a verandah at the back of the house. Also, there will be a small outdoor pool which will lead to a wooden path. The house itself will be white with lots of windows around the perimeter. In case to reduce street noise from traffic and other irritants, the second floor will be equipped with sound-absorbing windows. in fact, they do not differ from the usual double-glazed windows, but the pressure inside the glass has a value that counteracts the passage of sound. Scientists have installed transparent plastic cylinders in them, through which air passes. Other windows will be “warm” windows. This means that will be used wide window profiles with internal insulation, triple glazing with two low- emission coatings and inert gas filling, special warm remote frames on the edge of double- glazed Windows.

Heat loss through such Windows is 2-3 times less than through normal ones, and they also do not cause "cold burning". As for the tightness of the outer shell, a solid vapor barrier and vapor barrier tapes will be used. These create a solid sealed shell so that the house structures adjoin tightly each other. Internal thermal insulation will be carried out by mineral wool and organic insulation, foam polystyrene, vacuum insulation. This system includes security, lighting, electrical equipment, temperature, that you can control from your device.
