It is easier to make friends than to keep them пример (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

There is no doubt we all have some people in our lives that we call friends. Some people think that it’s hard to stay together with them for a long time, while others claim that keeping friendship is just as easy as making friends.

Personally I believe that if you’re really close with your friend it’s not complicated at all to remain in a close relationship with him or her. Firstly, you definitely have some common interests with this person which means it’s always exciting for both of you to spend time together. Secondly, you can support each other in difficult situations and it makes you truly close and united.

However, some people claim that it’s easy to quarrel with a person who’s close to you.

They are sure that if you see somebody very often you’re bound to get tired of him or her one day.

I do not support the above idea as these people fail to understand that if you consider someone your friend you certainly do love this person. It’s much easier to look through the flaws of your friend than through anybody else’s drawbacks.

Taking everything into consideration, there are two opposing points of view on the problem of keeping friends. As I see it, staying together with the people you comprehend perfectly and have common interest with can’t be difficult.
