Physical activity has always been inseperable part of our lives. Humanity never get stopped moving. But nowadays there are a lot of people, who have jobs which require sitting in one place. They do not move a lot and begin to put on weight. Anyway, some people think that it is important to exercise regularly. Are they right? Personally I agree with this point of view. And in this essay I will support my opinion with examples.
First of all, physical activity helps you to be healthy. Your muscles will be in tonus, your heart will work better and etc. Even if person will do morning exercises ne can improve his wellness. There are some countries and nations which are very healthy because of physical activity.

For example, in China the most part of population does exercises every day. They are very healthy because of it, and also people there use different tablets and pills very rare.
Secondly, it is very nice to look fit. You can wear clothes which are unvailable to fat people.
To sum up, I would like to say that it is very important to be fit and exercise regularly. It is an inseparable part of your life if you want to be healthy. There is healthy mind in a healthy body.
