Nowadays many people think that it’s important to do sports regularly. However others would rather prefer to watch a sporting event on TV.
In my opinion, it’s useful and fun to do physical exercises and any activities everyday. Firstly, it makes you strong and healthy. Sport strengthens the immune system, improves mental health and helps prevent different diseases and obesity.
Many people have to work much so it’s very important to be healthy for them. Secondly, sport is very cheerful. You can play football or other games with your friends. It helps to rest and forget everyday’s routine. Active games are very merry. Also it can help you to find new friends. Thirdly, sport helps you to be in good mood. If you keep a passive lifestyle, you will be boring and slow. Also your health may deteriorate over time.
Nevertheless, some people prefer to watch sport show on TV. They claim that it takes less time and it’s more interesting to watch professional games. I disagree with this opinion because these people don’t understand that sport needs to support good shape and mind. Of course it's interesting to look at a professional game, but it's also fun to play. If a person never wants to go in for sports, then he is just lazy, and soon they are waiting for health problems.
To sum up, I want to tell that playing active games and doing different physical exercises are wonderful things. Everybody should do sport at least a couple of times a week. Then you will always have a good mood and a good form. It is nice to feel the pain in the muscles the day after the workout.
