There is no denying the fact that nowadays sport is becoming more and more popular. Some people claim that they should do sports regularly while others prefer watching sport programmes on TV.
From my point of view, it is more important to do sports systematically. Firstly, it helps people to stay healthy. Doing sports aids to avoid many diseases. As a rule, sporty and active people get sick less often. Secondly, sporting activities keep people’s body fit and beautiful. Active way of life has good influence on metabolism. As a result, an athletic person is more attractive and nicer.
However, many people complain of a high risk in sports. A lot of sports are dangerous for people’s lives. It can lead to serious injuries and spoil a health in general, so these people would rather watch sporting events on TV.

Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this idea because the person should do exercises carefully and clearly follow the instruction. It allows to avoid injuries. Moreover, the person can use a service of a professional trainer who protects you from bad situations.
