In the modern world many people pay attention to their weight. Some of them consider that only special diets can help to lose weight. But others have another point of view and consider that there are a lot of different ways to become slimmer without health harm.
In my opinion, nowadays there are various methods for weight loss and diets is not the only. Firstly, to get rid of excess weight people should eat healthy foodstuff and do sports regularly. Secondly, some doctors prescribe diet pills to their patients. These substances burn fat in the human’s body without terrible consequences, if a person is under the supervision of a doctor.
However, there is another point of view on this problem. Some people believe that strict diets is only way to shed weight.
They think that diets is a very effective method to become fit because during the diet a person, as a rule, eat less and only certain products. Such lifestyle leads to fast loss weight.
Personally, I completely disagree with the above-mentioned statement. Diets are detrimental to health. When a person eats according to the diet plan, he does not receive vitamins and minerals that are essential for our organism. Lack of necessary substances can have a bad effect on the condition of nails, teeth and hair. Also it can be cause of digestive diseases.
In conclusion, even though there two different point of view on this problem, I am inclined to believe that following a diet is not the only way to become shapely because there are another methods which are safer than diets.
