First of all, a healthy lifestyle involves many significant measures such as appropriate exercise, positive relationships, sufficient rest, giving up unhealthy habits. Besides, it is extremely important to maintain the balance between calorie intake and calorie expenditure, which makes balanced nutrition without normal physical activity incompetent. Moreover, some researches affirm that dieting results harmful to mental and physical health and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.
However, some people think that keeping a balanced diet may be essential for staying healthy. They tend to focus on the fact that dieting helps to achieve and maintain an ideal weight. Furthermore, eating a healthy diet is significant for the prevention of many chronic health risks such as diabetes, obesity, and cancer.
At the same time, I am sure that following a balanced diet stays quite practical but insufficient part of leading a healthy lifestyle.
As a conclusion, it is important to emphasize that we are free to choose the way of living to be both physically and emotionally healthy and only we are liable for the possible outcome.
