Town center improvement proposal (Øêîëüíûå ñî÷èíåíèÿ)

Introduction.

I come through this proposal to make an appeal about how to improve the town center. It might be important for most of the residents, due to the reason that I asked several in order to have a better understanding of what they need and what they would like to see in our town center.

Leisure facilities.

First of all, residents enjoy jogging near the town center, but there are no special zones for sport, therefore a gym, a fitness center or a swimming pool may be relevant and useful. In my opinion, most of the tourists would actually like to go there, which may and will bring profit. Moreover, some residents expressed their excitement with new tennis courts near the subway station. I would like you to take care of this place so it would stay clean and safe facility for each and every one.

Shopping.

On the other hand, in our town there are many people who love playing computer games, but, unfortunately, they have to buy video games online, so these are delivered from other cities.

It would be great if residents could have a game shop nearby so that gamers of our town would go out at least once a week. Even more, some of the residents of our town expressed their desire to have more fashion shops where they can get stylists' consultation and buy the clothes that would fit them. It would actually be great to have a book shop instead of the town library, so every resident can have their favorite books at home and no one would take it away from them.

Transport.

We have an amazing subway in our town. Nevertheless, there are no other ways to get to the town center, this might be the reason to build several bus stations. Moreover, it would be useful for people who are scared of the subway or those who have some illness that does not allow them to travel by subway.

Conclusion.

To sum up, the are plenty of ways to improve our town center. I have highlighted the main needs of the residents. I as many other residents would be pleased if you could take my proposal into consideration.
