Bartender applying letter (Школьные сочинения)

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a part of my barman course, I am coming to your hotel for one month. I have some experience working as a barista. I was making coffee for two years in “Starbucks” caf&覡. My previous job used to include different aspects of daily barista routine such as making coffee, serving clients, cleaning the workplace, buying supplies such as plastic glasses, spoons, milk, coffee beans, and other stuff, and taking care of the coffee machines and other barista equipment. My barman course covers subjects such as mixing cocktails, working with people and colleagues.

I hope to be able to develop my barman and barista skills and understanding of new cocktails recipes and how to communicate with bar customers. In your hotel bar, I would like to serve customers, challenge myself and grow as a bartender.

I am capable of calmly handling the weekend rush at a large-sized bar with any kind of customers, even alcoholics, and underaged customers. I can work as much as you want me to due to the reason that I am an industrious and hard-working bartender. I will be glad to have an opportunity to try to make a new cocktail recipe and sell it to customers. If I was given this opportunity, I would make a cocktail with french coffee, vodka, ice, and a slice of chocolate, which would give this drink a high percentage of alcohol, caffeine energy, and a softly sweet taste, that will melt in your mouth with some cubes of ice.

I would also like to know if I will be given a uniform or apron to match the pattern of a good and highly qualified bartender. Do you have a piece of good equipment or should I bring my own outfits such as a shaker or blender? May I have a bucket with ice in order to make cold cocktails? Do you have a special ice blender, so I won't have to use the cocktail blender for things that it would not be used for? Is your hotel far away from the metro station?
