Semi-formal letter.

Dear Mr and Mrs Black,

I am writing to thank you for the time I have spent in your family with you.

To begin with, the family members are close to each other and have a good relationship. I liked having dinner with you all chatting and enjoying the moment.

Secondly, the dishes Mr Black cooked were tasty. The most delicious dishes for me were a English breakfast and soups. I also liked that your family not live using stereotypes and man cooks.

Thirdly, I appreciated the activities like shopping, dinners at the local restaurants, stroll.

I also very grateful for what you made on my birthday for me.

At the end of the letter, I want to thank you again for what you done for me and your warm welcome.

Opinion essay.

It is a good idea for a child to look after a pet from a young age? In my opinion, it is a perfect idea. I even think that parents should assign that kind of responsibilities to their child.

To start with, looking after a pet teaches the child responsibility both for myself and a pet so the pthers. Kids become more practical and their actions become more conscious.

Besides, kids learn empathy by taking care of a pet. They become more gentle and cautious to a pet. They also learn that pets can feel pain like peoples. Moreover looking after a pet unite kid and pet and child start spending more time with a pet because of own interest.

On the other hand some people think that no need to a child look after a pet. They fear that kid can do something wrong or pet and child can hurt each other.

To conclude, looking after a pet by a child have advantages. It teaches responsibility and empathy and if parents afraid of incidents they just need to look after a child doing this and correct kid if something isn’t right.
