There are two different views on the importance of sport training for the younger generation nowadays. Some teenagers suggest that sport must be one of the most essential parts of their life.
In my opinion, teenagers need to spare their time to do sport. First and foremost, training improves their body's condition. Doing some exercises three times a week helps to gain muscles and become stronger. Secondly, they can become greater psychologically as well.

Sport really develops their stamina and makes them more energetic. Their health is improving too. Sport teenagers really have less maladies than those who are not into sport.
However, there are those who do not share the same opinion. They claim that young people do not need to be sporty. Firstly, it takes so much time which they can spend on their studies or other important deals. Secondly, most teenagers do not have enough pocket money for training as it is too expensive.
Despite my respect for this opinion, I cannot share it. As far as I know, a lot of successful people go into sport despite their work. They do not complain about lack of time due to their capability to combine their work and sport. Sport makes people more persistent and effective. What is more, people can do training at home. There are so many internet research to find some good exercises, so teenagers do not need to have much money for sport.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that teenagers should not misprize the value of sport on their health and life in general. It makes them happier now and more successful in the future.
