Nowadays, sports are very actually. Almost every person is engaged in physical activity. Someone goes to the gym, where he runs and pulls the bar, someone is practiced in dancing, tennis, swimming and someone just doing exercises at home. There are different opinions about how sport affects us and is it important. I want to sort out this question.
I am claim, that sports are very important for our lives. To start with that it helps us to improve our health and maintain physical fitness. Moreover, spore helps us fighting with stress. For example, it is known that when a people are engaged in physical activity, the body produced hormones of happiness-endorphins.

But there is also an opposite point of view. Another people believe that sport is nothing more than a way to simply pump up your body or lose weight. They think that we lose calories during sports and nothing else. Someone thinks that sport is not important at all. They think it is a waste of time. Some believe that sport on the contrary makes us more unbalanced and aggressive. For example, there is a stereotype that all boxers are evil and crave a fight.
I do not agree with this opinion. I believe that do not consider sport a way to maintain a figure because of this, sport becomes a punishment for many people. Foremost, it is a way to strengthen your character, a way to deal with stress and negative emotions. So that is why we need sport.
In total, I want to point out the importance of sports for people. If you want to be physically and psychologically healthy you need to engage in physical activity.
