It’s better to buy your own flat rather than to rent one (Ñî÷èíåíèÿ ÅÃÝ àíãëèéñêèé ÿçûê)

There is a popular opinion that having an own apartment better than paying for it regularly. Others consider renting a flat is more convenient. Now I would like to express my point of view on the issue.

I strongly believe that a personal flat is the best purchase. Firstly, there are many ways of controlling one's own flat. A person can decorate, create, and change characteristics of his or her flat. Everything depends only on someone's choice. Secondly, an own flat gives an opportunity to live with who someone wants. There is no strict in the number of people or animals. When one has an own apartment it means he or she manages it by himself or herself.

My opponents claim that renting the flat is not to waste time and strength.

People do not need to organize the flat. They should pay for the finished place and follow the rules. Ones have only to choose an ideal variant already done by somebody else.

In spite of this convincing argument, I am sure that having the flat on your own gets one rid of payments to somebody. Usually, the person has to send money to the real owner of the flat regularly but when somebody has no money he or she can become homeless. Spend lots of time on creating the atmosphere and paying only for resources as the light and gas ensure one the house for a long time.

In conclusion, I believe that renting a flat is not worth having a personal one.
