1. Nowadays extreme sports are pretty popular all over the world. Some people think that these sports should be tried by everybody, while others believe that extreme sport cannot fit every person. In this essay I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

In my opinion, there is no reason to try doing an extreme sport if there is no desire. Firstly, it can be dangerous for an organism.

For example, if a person has a weak heart, extreme sports can cause a heart attack. Secondly, this sort of sports is quite expensive. For instance, someone who does not have much money cannot spend it on extreme sports, because there are other needs.

However, there is another point of view on this issue. Some people claim that extreme kinds of sports bring unforgettable feelings and emotions that is why everyone should try it.

Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this opinion. Trying an extreme sport for many people is not a pleasure, but frightening challenge, which causes panic.

Taking into consideration all mentioned above, I would like to say that tastes differ and a person should not try doing an extreme sport if he does not want to.

2. Nowadays the problem of housing is actively discussed. Some people think that owning a home is better than living in rental apartment, while others believe that buying a flat is not a perfect decision. In this essay I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

In my opinion, renting an apartment is better, than buying one. Firstly, own flat does not allow to easily change the place of living. For example, someone who owns a home cannot move somewhere else for a long period, unlike somebody who rents an apartment and can find another one everywhere he wants. Secondly, buying a flat is a big expense and not everyone can pay for it at once. For instance, rental apartment costs less than own flat, that is why it is easier for a person to pay few every month.

However, there is another point of view on this issue. Some people claim that having own home gives a feeling of safety and coziness, because you can be confident that no one can take your property away.

Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this opinion. Today there are many companies that provide safe deals, that is why a person should not be afraid of being deceived.

Taking into consideration all mentioned above, I would like to say that rental apartment is better than own flat in many aspects.
