The issue which has caused a lot of controversy over the past few years is healthy lifestyle. Someone insists that it is impossible to combine our daily routines with healthy lifestyle, while others claim that motivation of a person can help him to keep fit even in the modern world.
I hold the view that modern lifestyle is not the main problem of living an unhealthy life.
To begin with, we can be in a good shape without exercising every day, it is enough to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and do some exercises on weekends. Moreover, taking vitamin pills and drinking eight glasses of water a day is important part in a healthy lifestyle and these things can do even busy people.
However, there is an opposing point of view that it is almost impossible to live a healthy life in the modern world. My opponents may object by saying that the majority of people do not have a possibility to eat healthy food because of a busy rhythm of life so they usually have a lunch in fast food restaurants or eat junk snacks.
I cannot agree with the above-mentioned statement.
Even in the conditions of modern lifestyle we can eat healthily, just replacing fast food with fresh salads and fruit.
Taking everything into consideration, there are two opposing points of view on the problem of healthy lifestyle. As I see it, if person has a motivation, he can combine healthy lifestyle with his daily routine.
