The growth of cities is harmful for the environment
Nowadays, the growth of cities is causing big discussions. Some people believe that urbanisation effects the environment negatively, while others say that it is not. Who is right?
In my opinion, the growth of cities is not always harmful. Firstly, the newest technologies allow people to build cities much less polluting. For example, scientists and physics invented cars that work on solar energy and electricity. Secondly, governments of many countries are encouraging volunteer’s work. So a lot of people involved to help animals, collect garbage etc. Finally, cities are growing to solve the problem of homelessness and overpopulation, particularly in big cities.
Although there are people who insist that growth of cities is always harmful for the environment.
The air and water suffer from factories emissions consisting high concentration of toxicity. Moreover, increasing number of cities leads to deforestation that can cause the extinction of plants and animal species.
It is facts, but people realised the harmfulness of urbanisation a long time ago and now they are working on eco-friendly alternative of settlements providing industry.
In conclusion, I would like to say that growth of cities shows industrial and economical progress of a country, but it would be less beneficial if it will bring negative impact on the environment.
The most important thing in life is family.
Nowadays, people start forgetting about family. They prefer a successful career, spending time on parties with strangers to a lovely family.
In my opinion, it is not right. I believe that family is the most important thing practically in everybody’s life. Firstly, members of your family is these people who gave you birth as a human being and a personality. They formed your traits, habits and behaviour patterns. Secondly, family is a shelter. These people will help you out no matter what and support in difficult times. Finally, I tend to believe that members of your family are those who will be with you permanently, while friends and other people might leave you or you will find new ones.
Although many people do not pay enough attention to their family. They have time only for work, making money, meeting friends etc. Additionally, every person needs a real friend with whom you can share thoughts and secrets.
These people do not understand that parents will not leave forever and you have to appreciate every moment spent with them. Money and friends can wait.
In conclusion, I would like to say that everything: friends, love, family are important. But if I could choose only one thing I would prefer lovely family.
