I have just finished my studies at the summer school organized by your company and I’m writing to say how disappointed I am.
When I was signing the contract to attend the school, I was told that you would provide the best professor who use the newest methods of teaching. In reality, not only were we made to learn everything by heart, which is, so to say, not effective, but also were left with no homework and seminars. It’s not a secret that by discussing topics and doing extra work outside of school you reinforce your knowledge, but you deprived us of it.
What comes to the accommodation, it’s even worse. I specifically asked for a double room and paid extra money for it, but when I arrived, I was told that my room was being fixed so I had to move to a triple room. Moreover, I never saw the beautiful lake near the house as I was promised. There was something but i’m sure it was a puddle, not a lake.
Actually, I have some suggestions. Try to manage your time so your students don’t have to deal with room fixing problems and remove the information about the lake from your website, please, don’t confuse people.
Regarding the education itself, please hire new professors or make them improve their qualification. By the way, get new books, the ones from your library are all torn.
I would very much like to hear your reaction to all this and I hope to receive a refund from your company.
