Nowadays, the issue of the possibility of replacing a human by robot causes great argument and controversy. Some people believe that the automating of the society's life will bring many advantages and make our life easier. Others think it is impossible or the automation process will cause a lot of problems. Where is the truth?

In my personal opinion, a person not always can be replaced by a machine. Firstly, robots are not universal assistants as they perform only precise commands. Secondly, machines have limited mental abilities and they cannot work outside their own fields of activity. Thirdly, automation stops the development of any industry because an artificial intelligence is not able to come up with something new or improve it.

However, there is another point of view on this problem.

Some people believe machines are the most versatile and comfortable workforce as they are always highly efficient, do not get tired and do not need rest and food.

esides, an artificial intelligence stores a huge amount of information and never allows mistakes.

Despite my respect for this opinion, I cannot share it because robots need constant technical inspection and often break down. Moreover, they can not know everything at once, and when the situation is beyond the scope of the program, machines stop working.

In conclusion, I would like to say that the issue of a role of a robot in the modern world is still to be discussed. As far as I am concerned, machines can be used in some spheres of life, but they will never replace people completely.
