First of all, with this chip everyone will be able to communicate with any foreigner. Secondly, the chip will save precious time and money that people spend on learning foreign languages. All this can be spent on anything else.

On the other hand, you should keep in mind possible disadvantages. One major disadvantage is the price of the chip. Only rich people can afford it. Moreover, people will become much more lazy. It is known that the process of remembering something strengthens neural connections and develops our brain.

Having gained knowledge in such and easy way, a person will leave his development at the same level.

In conclusion, this problem has many more pluses and minuses. However, it seems to me that the invention of this chip will bring only benefit and mutual understanding to the whole world. Of course it all depends on those who will use it.
