To be healthy it is enough to eat healthy food (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

There are a lot of opinions about a healthy lifestyle and food. It is really popular topic nowadays. Some people think that to be healthy you just should not to eat junk food. The others have another opinion. This subject is really controversial.

In my opinion, it is not enough to eat healthy food to stay healthy. First of all, healthy lifestyle also includes necessary physical activities. Secondly, we have to visit a doctor regularly because there are some diseases that are not connected with food. Thirdly, daily routine, lifestyle, stress and sleep, of course, also influence human health. I consider that there are a huge number of aspects in this matter.

However, some people are sure, it is enough to eat healthy food to stay healthy.

They really believe that food is the only component of a healthy lifestyle.

These people think that it is impossible to imagine healthy lifestyle without diet. Moreover, they consider that others points do not matter because everything depends on food and you cannot get sick if you eat only fruit, vegetables and so on.

As for me, I do not agree with this opposing opinion at all. I am sure, healthy food is really important but there are a lot of components of health. It is not enough to follow healthy diet if you want to become healthy.

esides, there are sport, genetic, climate, sleep and so on.

In conclusion, I want to say, without any doubt, to be healthy person should control all the aspects of his or her life.
