To be healthy, it is enough to eat healthy food пример (—очинени€ ≈√Ё английский €зык)

Nowadays a lot of people consider that only eating food can provide to the strong health while others think that it is not enough for the person's healthy lifestyle. The question has arisen which opinion is right.

Personally, I cannot agree with this opinion. First of all, people will never be able to become healthy without doing sports. In fact, doing special physical exersises can help people to keep fit and be in a good shape. Secondly, only eating healthy meal or following special diets can cause in people's mental health. In addition, all people are very different so this way of becoming healthy like eating only healthy food can be really bad for them.

However, there are some people who think that only eating heathy meal can help a person to become more healthy. They consider that only keeping healthy diets will be able to help someone to overcome different healthy problems like bulimia and others.

Besides, they believe that only eating healthy food can help people to avoid various healthy problems like heart desieses, cancer and so on. In fact, most of popular restaurants like "KFS" or "McDonald's" sell the food cosisted with lots of cholesterol witch is really dangerous for the person's health.

As for me, I cannot agree with this point of view. Being healthy does not mean only eating special healthy meal and following big varioties of diets. It is also important to do sports because it is connected with the activity which is really necessary for peaple's health. Moreover, both doing sports and eating healthy food can provide to the reducing stress.

In conclusion I would like to say that importance of eating healthy food and doing sports are really great to become more healthy and to be succeded in keeping fit. So people should understand the great role of these both ways of becoming healthy.
