Some people are convinced that sports are the best way to cope with stress. Nevertheless, there are those who affirm that physical exercises cannot improve person's emotional state and it is better to use another methods to reduce stress. Let us go into the matter.
Personally, I think that sports are a perfect way to be protected from depression and bad experiences. Firstly, when person is doing sport, he forgets about problems and concentrates on physical activity. Besides, sports bring people together. Friends can join the person and help him to feel confident and calm.
However, some people believe that there are better ways to reduce stress than sports: reading, talking with friends, listening to music... These people also add that physical exercises can increase situation and be a reason of person's tiredness and annoyed state.
I disagree with this opinion. It is known that sport is a fantastic activity, which is useful not only for body, but for mind too. Moreover, during physical exercises happens release of endorphins, that make people more happy and lively and save from depression.
In conclusion, I would like to say that sports are medicine for stress. It inspires people with energy, happiness and power. If person does sports regularly, it prevents him from nervous state.
