Most people now understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Some people believe that eating healthy food enough for person in order to guarantee he or she a good health, but others hold an opposing view.
In my opinion, to be healthy means not only eating wholesome food but many other aspects as well. Firstly, organic food cannot provide you with muscles that are a basis of a physically healthy body, only doing sports can keep your body fit.

Secondly, keeping a regular sleep schedule is the main aspect of person’s mental health.
However, there are people who claim that to have a good health, it is enough to have a healthy diet. They believe that wholesome food provides an organism with all necessary microelements and nutrients for good work of the whole body pretending different diseases.
Personally, I disagree with above-mentioned opinion. Healthy diet cannot help you avoid many illnesses. In some cases, only medical examinations and taking pills can keep your body healthy. Organic food is not a panacea from getting ill.
To sum up, although all opinions have the right to exist, I still believe that person’s health is provided with not only healthy food but with combination of additional aspects such as good sleep, doing sports and regular medical health surveys.
