40. Printed books will be eventually replaced by electronic ones (Ñî÷èíåíèÿ ÅÃÝ àíãëèéñêèé ÿçûê)

Everybody knows that reading is the best opportunity to become educated and find necessary information. Some people consider electronic books to be the best way to read, while others cannot imagine their lives without printed ones.

In my opinion, our era of modern technologies gives us a plenty of useful devices. No doubt, e-books are one of them. Firstly, electronic books are much smaller and more convenient in use.

Secondly, buying an electronic book once will save you money, as nowadays they paper books are rather expensive. For example, one paper book can cost twice more expensive than an electronic one.

Besides, the way of uploading books from the net is a unique opportunity to get and read this book any time you want.

However, some people consider e-books to be bad for our health, especially for eyes. Moreover, an electronic book can break down or discharge suddenly.

I strongly disagree with them, because nowadays there are lots of up to date electronic books safe for our health without harmful effect for our eyes.

Besides, modern devices contain high battery capacity.

To sum up, I should say that reading is really an important part of our life. No doubt that modern gadgets, such as electronic books, make this activity more exciting and convenient.

You asked me about technologies in my life. Well, I should say, that technologies play a very big role in our lives. My parents and I certainly use gadgets every day. My parents, for example, watch news programs on TV, use computer to watch films and listen to music. Personally, I use my laptop for my homework and extra education, besides, it’s not a secret, that it’s the best source of entertainment.
