The question of sports is very topical nowadays. Some people consider that sports help people to fights stress because they provide to be more succeeded in other activities, while others do not think so.
As for me, I am convinced that sports always help to improve human body providing their health and reducing stress and I have some arguments to prove my point of view. Firstly, sports can distract people from problems making them relaxed and to be stress resistant, which can unbrace the nervous system. Secondly, they can make people more organised and concentrated improving their thinking and conforming determination. Thirdly, sports let some persons to be less irritated and to have good relations with others.
However, there is an opposite opinion that sports add up to stress making people tired and exhausted as they create heavy workload on a human body.

Moreover, the majority of people are too busy with their work and errands and sports on the contrary can make their lifestyle more complicated and loaded.
Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this opinion as I do not share the thought that sports cannot help to fight stress and just make people tired because sports can create working capacity and circulation, which make people peppy and energetic. Secondly, some people always can find their free time just to divide their time and create schedule, which can help them to understand when it will be convenient to do sports.
To sum up, I would like to say that sport is the greatest helper in reducing stress. To my mind, people should pay attention to their health, which later it becomes stronger and stress resistant thank to sport.
