My family think that it is very important to be fit in the modern world.

We find it very important to spend at least one hour a day outdoors and enjoy the fresh air.

A diet of fruit and vegetables is very tasty and also useful for our health, so we try to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.

Our favourite fruit are oranges, and our favourite vegetables are potatoes.

As for coffee, we think that it is not very useful to drink it every day. But we can have a few cups of coffee once or twice a month, especially when we have guests at home.

We like swimming, cycling and running. When we do these sports, we always feel healthy and happy and never tired. But we don't like boxing, water polo and marathon running. Boxing and marathon running are dangerous and take a lot of energy. As for water polo, we don't know how to play this game.

We think that morning exercises are a great way to health. We always do our morning exercises when we get up, even if we have little time before school or work.

We like to ski in the winter forest on sunny days. But we find skating and snowboarding too dangerous.

In summer we like to spend time playing tennis, basketball, volleyball and football. Some of our friends also like roller skating, skateboarding and ping-pong, but we have no interest in those sports and games.

We are a healthy family and I hope that we will not get ill often.

My parents and I try to do a lot to keep fit.

We always eat healthy food: tasty vegetables and sweet fruit, fresh fish and meat. We never eat fast food and we drink very little coffee.

In the morning we all do exercises. After such exercises we feel better. We also spend much time outdoors. When it is summer and the weather is good, we swim in the rivers or lakes near our town, ride our bikes in the town parks or just run along the streets. When it is winter, we like to skate on a skating rink, ski in the forest or on a frozen lake or even go snowboarding. Sometimes we go to a gym and play basketball and football indoors. There are also some sports that we find boring and dangerous. For example, we don't like boxing and marathons.

It is so easy and interesting to live a healthy life. Our lifestyle makes us strong and happy.
