Nowadays, people are getting more and more concerned about health problems. Some people tend to believe that diets are necessary for staying healthy and keeping your body in a good shape. At the same time other consider that diets are pointless and have a lot of disadvantages.
From my perspective, diets are not so significant for healthy lifestyle and there are some reasons to support my view. Firstly, there are a lot of opportunities for staying fit besides diets. it is a common knowledge that sport has a positive impact on our body. Therefore, many people suggest that regular exercises in the gym are better than diets. Secondly, it is very complicated to choose a right diet, which will be balanced and will not be harmful.

People should be careful with this issue because many diets can damage their health.
Nevertheless, we can find a contrary opinion. The main reason why other people consider that diets are essential for being fit is that healthy diet can change our lifestyle and help us to lose weight. In addition, many people go for a visible result in a short time and diets are the most successful way.
Despite my respect for this opinion, I cannot agree with it completely. as it is often the case, people gain weight as fast as they lose it on the diet. Thus, there is a possibility that people will not have a good body shape, while sitting on the diet.
According to all the arguments presented above I still believe that diets are not crucial way to stay healthy and even can be dangerous.
