Who enjoy travelling more: teenagers or grown-ups? Why? (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Our modern life is unimaginable without travelling. It is common knowledge that teenagers are fond of visiting some new countries. However, there are those who think that old people enjoy travelling more than previous ones.

I strongly believe that the young go on a journey more frequently than senior citizens. Firstly, youth want to see a lot of new places because they are interested in life which only starts. For example, every young one is thrilled with their own trip with friends of the same age as them. Secondly, teenagers adore travelling to make friends all other the world, arrange parties and hang out with them too often. Thirdly, young people are full of energy, that is why travelling is an adventure for them which captivates ones.

Nevertheless, my opponents claim that the old travel with great pleasure. They are convinced that pensioners have free time for trips and travelling is a suitable pastime for them because old people have nothing to do. Moreover, senior citizens recover health and expand their life span.

In fact, I disagree with them. Thirst of all, old persons waste their time on family, especially on grandchildren. Besides, this is a doubtful issue that travelling brings benefit to the old. The time which they spend on a train or during the flight usually is harmful to health. All old men are afraid of it.

To sum it up, I want to point out that youth enjoy travelling more because they have a lot of opportunities in contrast to old people.
