“Many people would prefer to work from home” (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

There is no doubt that work has become an indispensable part of modern life. Many people think that teleworking is the most convenient way of earning money, whereas others do not agree with this point of view.

In my opinion, working from home has a beneficial effect on people’s life. Firstly, it actually makes companies more flexible. Hence, they can hire the best and the brightest people over the world to develop successfully. Secondly, this kind of work is more comfortable and preferable because people have an opportunity to work from any location. Finally, working at their own pace provides more effective and efficient results.

However, there are those who think that they cannot benefit from teleworking. According to their opinion, people having less feedback from colleagues are most likely to lose their motivation to work.

Therefore, such kind of job would not bring satisfaction to them. Additionally, family members, especially kids, household duties or electronic devices can distract people from working.

Despite this, I cannot agree with these statements. Today disturbance from colleagues is often inconvenient for those who must concentrate on their work. What is more, with the help of the Internet and computers they can interact with their co-workers in almost every building that has a Wi-Fi access point.

In conclusion, even though there are different points of view on this problem, I believe that teleworking affects both employees and employers in a positive way.
