Some people claim that having siblings is undoubtedly amazing, while others presume that being an only child is more comfortable. Now I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

I strongly believe that being a single child has more advantages than having brother or sister. Firstly, parents are more focused on raising one kid. They pay more attention to him or her and take care of them. Secondly, parents can spend less money than if they have more children. The have to buy things just for one son or daughter.

However, there is another side to the issue. My opponents presume that to have siblings is wonderful because the child has more fun playing with his or her brother or sister or get support from people who can understand the problem the child shares.

Secondly, the children who do not have any siblings are prone to be a little pampered, self-conscious, and even greedy because they are accustomed to having a lot of attention and to receiving everything he or she desires.

In conclusion, the issue raised in the essay is rather controversial.

Nonetheless, I would like to say that being an only child has more pros because they can have a quiet private life and sufficient parental attention.
