Advantages of living in the countryside in Zetland

Nowadays a lot of people choose to dwell in rural areas. Working on the project on the advantages of living in the countryside in Zetland, I’ve found some data which I would like to analyse as well as express my own opinion on this kind of lifestyle.

Overall, the results of the poll reflect some pluses of living in rural areas. What stands out from the table is that almost half of respondents (41%) claim for less pollution. Another remarkable feature is that the least popular answer among interviewees is the advantage of eating healthier food, just at 9%.

Comparing the data of the poll, it is necessary to highlight the differences between respondents’ answers. Turning to the details, it can be seen that the pros of less noise from neighbours are almost two times as substantial as the one about friendlier people around, accounting for 25% and 11% respectively. Furthermore, the advantage of less pollution is much more significant than eating healthier food, with 41% and 9% in turn.

The biggest problem that might arise while living in the countryside can be the lack of amenities in the vicinity of one’s living. A person might not have some supermarkets around, for instance. The issue can be tackled by growing fresh fruits and vegetables on your own. A rural dweller can buy some seeds in a nearby city beforehand and then plant them.

To conclude, living in the countryside is a great way to enjoy the nature around. Personally, I would like to try this kind of lifestyle as it’s quite peaceful.
