Printed newspapers and magazines have no future (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Nowadays, when the problem of necessity of printed mass-media sources has become a matter of heated debates, some people think that printed newspapers and magazines will not be in demand in the near future. Still, others believe they will be as popular as they are now.

Personally, I share the second opinion and, to my mind, internet versions of newspapers and magazines will never replace real ones. First and foremost, health-conscious people prefer to read printed press as it is better for their eye-sight and do not cause splitting headaches. What is more, there are much advertisements on the websites which distract readers and confuse their thoughts.

However, opponents of this point of view consider that there is no point in printing newspapers and magazine nowadays. According to this perspective, they are not used commonly now and the demand for them decreases every year as having all media sources in one gadget is much more convenient for people of 21st century.

Nevertheless, this argument does not sound reasonable enough due to the following logical assumption.

Generally, even though modern people have access to miscellaneous internet resources, they still appreciate printed press for its user-friendliness as it is possible to make notes on paper.

To sum up, although opinions may differ, I am sure that printed newspapers and magazines are more likely to exist in the future. Personally, I always buy my favourite magazine ‘VOGUE’.
