Nowadays there are different points of view on working from home. Some people think that it is less productive than being in the office. Others, on the contrary, claim that working from home is a good alternative for employees. Let me express my own opinion.

To my mind, working from home has a lot of advantages. First of all, employee doesn't need to spend time to go to the office. Secondly, calm home atmosphere and opportunity to have self-made meals allow person to feel relaxed and concentrated during the work. Also employee who works from home doesn't have to follow the dress code.

However, there are people who have the opposing opinion. They believe that people will work harder and more productive in office.

Employees will not waste their time when the boss watches them. Moreover, working in office provides much communication which helps person develop their skills and work more efficiently and creatively.

Nevertheless, I disagree with this statements. I think that working in your own space, quiet atmosphere and peace will help person fell really concentrated on work. What is more, the Internet allows to communicate with the whole world, learn new information and skills and develop yourself.

In conclusion, I would like to say that working from home becomes a really popular trend nowadays. It broadens working opportunities and increases the productivity and creativity of employees.
