Hi Stuart,
Thanks for your letter! How cool that you learned to cook Indian food – I love it too, especially chicken tikka masala! Personally, I'm a huge fan of Italian cuisine because of its fresh ingredients and simple yet delicious flavors. My favorite dishes are pizza margherita and tiramisu. As for my own skills, I can cook a pretty good
ussian borscht and basic pasta dishes.
The cooking camp sounds amazing! What exactly will you be learning there? How long does the camp last? Are you focusing on a specific type of cuisine?
Can't wait to hear all about it!
Best wishes,

Hi Stuart,
Your Indian cooking experience sounds fantastic! I actually prefer Japanese cuisine – I love how balanced and healthy it is. My absolute favorites are sushi and ramen. I'm not the best cook, but I've mastered making pancakes and a decent omelette. My grandma taught me how to make pelmeni (Russian dumplings), which is my specialty!
The cooking camp sounds like a great idea for spring break! Who is organizing the camp? Will you get any certificates or qualifications? What are you most excited to learn?
Have a great time!
All the best,

Dear Stuart,
How exciting about your Indian cooking lesson! I'm quite jealous – Indian food is definitely in my top three. However, I think Georgian cuisine is my favorite because of its unique spices and hearty dishes. I adore khachapuri (cheese-filled bread) and khinkali (dumplings). I can cook simple meals like salads and soups, but I'm still learning.
The cooking camp sounds wonderful! Where is it located? How many teenagers will be there? Will you have a chance to cook dishes from different countries?
Looking forward to your stories!
Kind regards,
