It is impossible to underestimate the role of online shopping in modern life. Doing a project on an important topic “Why People Shop Online in Zetland” I have found the results of the opinion polls and now I would like to comment on several key features and give my
opinion on them.
The information given in the pie chart illustrates the opinion polls of the respondents about the reasons people shop online in Zetland. What stands out from the chart is that saving time and money are two most important reasons for shopping online, at 61%. Another striking feature is the fact that the delivery service and convenient place for shopping are the least significant reasons for those who took part in the survey, at 1% and 2% respectively.
According to the results of the opinion polls, the ability to opt for convenient shopping time is a more important reason for the interviewed than choosing a convenient place, at 13% and 2% in turn. In addition, the difference between the respondents, who consider saving money to be the most important reason when shopping online, and those, who claim choosing convenient time to be so is 10%, at 23% and 13% respectively.
One of the biggest problems that can arise with shopping online is that sometimes the delivered goods can differ from those one see on the website. One of the best ways to solve this problem is to read other customers’ reviews and read the description carefully.
To conclude, I want to say that online shopping plays an important role in our life as it
saves out time and money.
