Everyone should try to become a leader at school and later in society (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

It is common knowledge that each of us has different predispositions and abilities. Some people are bestowed with ability to manage others. However, there are some people who believe that exactly everyone should try to develop leadership qualities from the very childhood, while others affirm that there is no point to even try if you have not got a predisposition for this.

To my mind, it is useful to try to develop as much new skills as possible, including leadership qualities. Firstly, I suppose so on the grounds of the fact that when you are young it is possible to comprehend everything if your efforts are enough strenuous. Secondly, if you manage to become a leader at school, you will unequivocally prosper in future, because such skills usually remain with you.

However, there are some people who do not share this point of view.

It seems to them that there is no point for society to have many leaders, because it is easier to orchestrate an ordinary crowd of people. And if there are too many leaders, there will be not enough people to manage.

I do not agree with the abovementioned idea, because I suppose that such important quality comes not only in form of control of others, but also in form of high responsibility and initiative, consequently the more people have these qualities, the better society is.

To sum up, I strongly believe that everyone should do her or his utmost to become a leader, regardless of age or other things.
