Nowadays the internet is becoming more and more necessary. Some people believe that there are many opportunities having been opened due to the internet. However, others suppose that the internet is the worst enemy of productivity and a healthy lifestyle.

Personally, I hold to the opinion that the internet is the key to success for many people. First and foremost, it helps ones to save time they could waste on looking through a lot of books or magazines. Secondly, everyone can start any new activity learning a foreign language and guitar or piano tablature with the internet. Last but not least, the Internet is very convenient because it gives people the opportunity to save their energy shopping online

However, the supporters of another point of view are sure that the internet causes only troubles.

Firstly, they think that many hours in front of a computer can lead to illnesses like a loop of visual activity. Furthermore, a lot of people who are addicted to social media have used it too much.

I don’t agree with this opinion. Actually, not only the internet can be the reason for vision deterioration. Books also can be the cause of this illness. If people do eye exercises, they will never have this trouble. Besides, the internet is not only social media, but it also has a lot of useful sites and even helpful Channels on YouTube. People will never be addicted to social media if they do not use them or do it minimally.
