The question of leisure time management has been currently important and unsettling during the last decades and, nowadays, it still arouses the wide concern. Some people consider that it is better to rest at home, while others prefer doing outdoors activities.
As far as I am concerned, spending free time outside influences our health and mental state better. First of all, staying outdoors gives you an opportunity to do different kinds of sport and improves your health and physical condition. Besides, open-air activities bring you closer to nature and allow you to delight in beauty and harmony of the outer world. By the way, it is possible to expand and strengthen your contacts with other people, as you spend more time with your old friends and get acquainted with the new ones.
However, some people prefer staying in a relaxed atmosphere of their home to perform such kind of activities as reading, drawing, watching movies or playing musical instruments which are harder to do outside.
Furthermore, they find weather conditions or constant noise uncomfortable.
At the same time, I am sure that it is crucial to spend your time outdoors in order to change that bothering and tiresome environment of an office or a classroom.
As a conclusion, it is important to emphasize that we are free to choose the way of spending our spare time and only we are liable for the experience we get.
