Photographs without permission (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for reading this letter. I am glad you paid attention to my email because I would like to discuss a problem, that must have caused a lot of troubles for your magazine. As far as I am concerned, you are aware of the photographs showing the actor and his family on holiday, which were taken and recently published without their permission. I would like to explain this situation to you in more detail, in order to make the situation for you as clear as possible.

When I had seen the photographs for the first time I recognized the actor and his family on holiday, even more, I realized that this actor would never have given permission to take photographs of him and his family during his holidays.

Later, after I had looked at his profile on ‘twitter’, I saw that this actor had written that he was truly disappointed with your magazine and its photographers taking those photographs. Moreover, he expressed disappointment with your magazine and its employees' job.

In my opinion magazines’ editors should not allow their employees to publish photographs or even to take them without permission. Everyone even celebrities deserves their private life and space. The actor, like any celebrity, is human, this is why he should have an opportunity to stay with his family for a while without any interviewers or photographers. Would your photographers be happy to find out, that their family photos or photographs of them being naked, that were taken without permission, had been published in the popular magazine? I do not think so.

I, like many people, believe that your magazine can fix this problem before it is too late. For me, it is highly important to make sure, that every person has a right to have his own private life and space. I wish you had not published those photographs, nevertheless now the actor would be glad to accept an apology. You need to delete those photographs as soon as possible. We all hope, you would take this letter seriously and would do something about the problem we mentioned later in this letter.
