Some people think that healthy eating is an important part of everyday life whereas others have an opposing opinion.
From my point of view, eating healthy food plays an essential role in everyday life. To begin with, a proper diet influences people’s health state. People having healthy eating habits do not have problems with their heart and stomach. Additionally, healthy eating results in losing extra weight, prevention of physical diseases such as heart attack, insult or diabetes. Last but not the least, the right choice of meals positively affects people’s mental state. Food rich in vitamins and nutrients prevents psychological disorders.
Nevertheless, there are some people who have an opposing opinion. They are sure that eating does not have an impact on people’s physical state, explaining that there are more serious factors such as ecology, physical activity and rejection of bad habits that affect our life and life expectancy.

However veracious it sounds, I would not agree with the above-mentioned opinion. I believe that healthy eating habits are important for leading a healthy lifestyle and, therefore, it is a vital part of person’s life. Furthermore, healthy eating means a balanced diet and rejection of junk food.
In conclusion, I am strongly convinced that healthy eating is a great value for people existence as it helps to prevent physical diseases, mental disorders and improves quality and length of people’s life.
