The standard 4-5 weeks’ holiday that employees receive is insufficient for dealing with stress (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Nowadays there are different points of view on the duration of employees' holidays. Some people think that they get not enough time to rest and relax and deal with stress. Others, on the contrary, claim that 4-5 week holiday is sufficient time to recover and continue working. Let me express my own opinion.

To my mind, 4-5 weeks' holiday is rather acceptable period of resting from work. First of all, employees have the opportunity to stay at home and just do nothing or they can do their hobbies and even travel abroad during this time. Moreover, prolonging the duration of holidays may lead to people's unwillingness to continue working and loss of their professional skills. Also it is impossible to deal with stress completely because this sensation has become a part of the modern world.

However, there are people who have the opposing opinion. They believe it is unjust for employees to have almost eleven months for working and only one for relaxing. In addition, it is difficult to get into the daily routine without a full recover.

Nevertheless, I disagree with these statements. Employees still have days off every week and national holidays that they can spend on their activities. What is more, I think it is much harder to get into the rut after too long holiday.

In conclusion, I would like to say that competent planning of someone's affairs may help to do them efficiently, and even enjoy it, as well as relax and deal with stress during 4-5 weeks.
