Dear David,

Thank you for your letter. I was happy to receive it. I'm sorry for not writing to you earlier because I've quite been busy for the last few weeks.

In your letter you asked me to tell you about Russian teenagers. In my mind, a typical Russian teenager is someone reliable, practical and fun to spend time with. A lot of us enjoy going out with our friends and classmates. The most popular leisure activities among Russian teenagers are sports and computer games. We also like to hang out together.

By the way, are you keen on skateboarding? What else do you like to do in your free time? Do you prefer indoors or outdoors activities?

Dear Tina,

Thank you for your letter. I was very happy to receive it. Sorry that I haven't been writing to you for so long. I'm having a lot of exams this week and I have to spend all of my free time preparing for them.

As for your question, I don't think that soap operas represent real life either. Anyways, they can be pretty fun to watch if you understand that they aren't like our life. As for me, I mostly science fiction films and TV series. I like watching them at home because it seems more convenient.

By the way, how is your family doing? Are you going to spend holidays together? When can I meet them?
