Show me your room and I will tell you who u are (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

The room is a place where people spend most of their time and is their comfort zone. It can be an accommodation for one person and a refuge for several people. And while behavior can tell us lots about a person, can his room tell us something? There are two points of view on this problem. Some people suppose that a room can indicate a person’s character, others believe that it cannot.

As for me, I think that a room cannot demonstrate a person’s temper. Firstly, a little mess is characteristic to anyone, while anybody can afford their room to be neatly cleaned. Secondly, sometimes people just don’t have enough time to turn their room into what they want it to be.

However, some people think differently.

They claim that it’s possible to judge a person by his room. In their opinion, if somebody’s room looks untidy, it means that a person is inaccurate and chaotic. If the room is clean, then a person is neat and well-organized.

Taking into account the reason introduced above, I still disagree with it. I’m truly convinced that nobody should blindly judge a person by looking at his room. A messed room can be even more effective than a neat one, so a person can be more effective too. The Universe is chaotic itself and trying to clean up your room is just contrary to the nature of it.

In conclusion, though there are two points of view on this problem, whether it makes sense to judge a person by his room or not, I am still convinced that it’s impossible to critic a person’s character this way.
