Money is often considered to be the measure of success. The person with money is more likely to have recognition and admirers. Money has become the symbol of success but is it really so?
In my opinion, success is not about money. Loving family and good friends are the real measures of success. If we have people we can rely on, then we have everything we need. It is well know, that rich people are always suspicious about people who surround them and it often makes them unhappy. Furthermore, money does not automatically mean success. There are people, for example, criminals, who are rich but can we call them successful? Their money is made on robberies or some other kind of criminal activity.
However, there are people who think, that money is an essential part of success because they believe, that money gives us power.
The power to buy what we want. Such power is considered by them to be necessary in order to be successful.
I cannot agree with that. I do believe success is about happiness, which cannot be reached without people who love us and whom we love. If one has money but is not happy, then he is not successful.
In conclusion, I do not think, that money means success. If person is rich but has no family and friends, if he is mean and has no conscience, then he cannot be called successful.
I am hoping that mine point of view is understandable for anyanyone who read it. Merci for your time friends.
