Proper nutrition (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

The meal should be 5-6 times a day, but you should definitely eat a little, in no case overeat. You can use various applications in the phone to calculate calories, especially if you are keen on the question of excess weight. Also advise that the food was not very hot, but not cold.

The most useful products are: vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, honey, nuts, fish. The most harmful: chips, candy, sweet fizzy drinks, mayonnaise, sausage, salt.

This does not mean that they should be completely abandoned, but they should not be eaten often and in minimal quantities.
